50th Wedding Anniversary

I had the pleasure of working with a lovely family the other day over at Brooklawn Country Club in Fairfield, CT.

A long-time Fairfield family was celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary with a lovely lunch overlooking the beautiful rolling green golf course.

Nowadays, it's not as common to celebrate this milestone, so it was a breath of fresh air to witness and document this couple's long-standing devotion to one another.

The daughter who coordinated the event is a graphic designer so the attention to detail was noteworthy.

The couple even used their original bride and groom cake topper ! This simple symbolic gesture is another sure testament to the importance they place on their marriage.
