I had the pleasure of photographing Tony the other day for corporate, LinkedIn headshot and dating profile photos. He is a successful, hardworking, financial technical guy working for a busy hedge fund. He works 80 hours a week and has no time for his personal life. That's where hiring me made a lot of sense! Not only am I a Connecticut professional photographer for close to 20 years, I am a single, divorced Fairfield County photographer who knows exactly what one needs in photos for any online dating endeavor. I have been doing a few of these dating photo sessions lately and am finding that I could create a niche business! I love the skill set it begs for which includes keen social skills, wardrobe consulting, and on-location shooting expertise. The work starts with discussing multiple outfits to bring to the session including a business shirt, possibly a jacket and tie for a corporate photo as well as a few casual shirts, shorts for the dating photos. We then meet, jump in my car and head to various locations. Those locations could include an outdoor cafe (Covid-friendly), park, beach, and a downtown Main Street of various towns like Westport, Fairfield, Southport, New Canaan, Wilton, Ridgefield...etc. My photographic goal is to achieve at least 25 photos that look like they were all not taken in one day from one professional photographer! I thoroughly enjoy getting to know my clients and work hard using my background in psychology to make them feel at ease in front of my camera!
